What this website collects
This website does not use accounts, analytics cookies or advertising trackers. The enquiry form does not store your details on our website. When you submit it, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
If email delivery of enquiries is enabled, the details you enter in the form (name, phone, city, service and message) are also sent to us by email through a form-delivery service.
Information you share with us
When you contact us or engage our services, you may share:
- Your name, phone number, email, city and address
- Copies of share certificates, folio numbers and demat statements
- Identity documents such as PAN and Aadhaar, and bank details
- Family and legal heirship documents, such as death certificates
How we use it
- To understand your case and advise you
- To prepare and submit applications to companies, RTAs, depositories and authorities on your instruction
- To update you on the progress of your case
We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Sharing
We share your documents only with the parties needed to process your case, such as the company, its RTA, your depository participant, the IEPF Authority, notaries, or an advocate where you have agreed to one.
Third-party services
This website opens WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you choose to message us, and shows an embedded Google Map, which may set its own cookies. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Security and retention
We take reasonable care to keep your documents secure and keep them only as long as needed for your case and for our legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to return or delete copies we hold once your matter is closed.
